Description of issue

After upgrading ffmpeg from v7 to v8, I noticed that the libvorbis encoder is no longer available. It was previously present and working correctly in v7.

When checking the encoder list (ffmpeg -encoders), I confirmed that libvorbis is missing. The build configuration header (printed by the same command) also confirms that the --enable-libvorbis flag is absent.

I rely on libvorbis for my workflow. If this was an intentional removal, could you please clarify why? If it's a regression, I hope it can be re-enabled.
