Inbox State Persistence #16
Description
Problem
During operation Inbox generates ephemeral keys and state which needs to be persisted. To maintain operation over restarts and crashes, state needs to be persisted and made durable.
Requirements
- Lockstep :: State changes MUST be persisted before payloads/invites can be returned. Failure to persist could lead to desynchronized state
